🌟 RevOps Lead🌟
We are looking for a structured, analytical person with strong business intuition. If you're the kind of person who can't help but optimize every process, challenge assumptions with data, and think two steps ahead, this role might be for you.
You will be at the heart of our revenue engine — understanding the dynamics of our factoring business in Mexico, and helping it grow efficiently. From weekly metrics to incentive design, you'll work cross-functionally with BD, Risk, Capital Markets, and Product to make sure we scale smart, fast, and profitably. Think of it as being part RevOps lead, part Chief of Staff: you'll connect dots, push priorities, and make sure the business runs at full speed.

What this role is about...

• Coordinate cross-functional projects with high business impact — driving alignment, pace, and execution across teams
• Identify and lead revenue growth, retention, cross-selling and efficiency initiatives — collaborating across teams to execute and track impact
• Design, run, and iterate on commercial incentive schemes, aligning goals across the GTM team and ensuring accurate, timely payouts
• Own and deliver weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, portfolio, and operational KPIs — enabling visibility, accountability, and action
• Deep dive into offers data and funnel metrics to uncover blockers, test hypotheses, and increase client acquisition

What knowledge and skills are required?

• Project management skills and the ability to move things forward across multiple teams
• Strong analytical mindset, with proven ability to work with data to drive decisions
• Solid understanding of financial concepts — especially Unit Economics, NIM, and Lending KPIs
• Experience in or exposure to revenue, credit, or commercial operations (e.g. RevOps, BizOps, FP&A, Strategy, Growth)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus points for SQL or BI tools
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in lending, factoring, or financial services
• Curiosity and drive to improve processes, test ideas, and own outcomes
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, high-impact fintech environment 🚀
