🌟 Product Manager 🌟
The Role
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to help define the vision of our products, build and delivering them to our customer. You will work closely with Mundi’s leadership team in setting product strategies, identifying new challenges, and tackling them with data-driven solutions.You will be expected to work in most aspects of the business to deliver insights and help implement strategies and processes that enable the company to scale.Our team is distributed across the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. Don't worry! This position is remote. We respect the people’s time, so we always offer as much flexibility as possible.What you will do
- Work with the rest of our Product team to define strategies and roadmap to deliver on Mundi's vision & mission.
- Live Product Practice, from continuous discovery to amazing delivery.
- Find and propose opportunities from understanding of customers, user research, data analysis and benchmarks. Measure and understand impact to prioritize effectively. Defining clear success metrics.
- Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to translate user needs into product opportunities and communicate progress.
- Drive product development, from conception to launch working hand-to-hand with engineering and design to propose, plan, and achieve goals.
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long term product goals.
What you need to have?
- 5+ years of work experience including creating, managing and developing digital products in B2B fintech.
- A combination of entrepreneurial and strategic mindset to connect our 5 year vision to what is required today.
- Exceptional analytical, client and project management abilities - you are known for getting things done. You engage people from different backgrounds to create share results.
- Technical fluency that enables you to creatively explore possibilities and challenge constraints with engineering. And Listening skills to work with clients, sales and other internal areas to identify opportunities to achieve Mundi´s goals.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond in Spanish and English.
