  • 🌟 Payments Operations Analyst 🌟We are looking for a structured person with attention to detail, if you are one of those people who are always double checking, this position is probably for you.You will focus on running a world-class payments operations for our customers . Communication and transparency will be key points since you will be engaged on a daily basis with the Collections and Customer Success teams to support our customers and with the Product team to identify opportunities to improve our operation


What knowledge and skills are required?

  • Run day-to-day processes ( both cash-ins and cash-outs ) supporting our product offering (cross product, multi-currency, etc.) guaranteeing operational excellence
  • Understand gaps and improvement opportunities across the process, discern impact, and propose potential solutions
  • Engage with payments KRs and identify opportunities to reduce gaps with target
  • Proactively work with Customer Success and Collections teams to ensure world-class operational standards across our different products (factoring, FX, insurance, etc.)
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer
  • Have the instinct to get on a whiteboard and explain their thinking, and even faster to document that thinking into expected use cases and user behaviors
  • Motivation and proactivity to solve problems quickly and with the best practices, and a bias for action and drive to go beyond the status quo
  • Excel or SQL proficiency (intermediate or advanced)
  • Growth mindset, curiosity about productivity tools and process automation
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Points in favor if you have worked in payments operations for fintechs, payments companies or banks
  • Points in favor if you have knowledge of the functioning of financial products
