🌟 Growth Marketing Analyst 🌟We are looking for a structured person with attention to detail, if you are one of those people who are always double checking, this position is probably for you.As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will move fast with the team to help MUNDI grow and achieve the team’s goals as well as your personal goals. You will work with our new Growth team to help execute marketing strategies to grow our customer base. The ideal candidate should work under a changing environment and have great communication skills with other teams, also have great innovative ideas and not be afraid of trying new things.
What this role is about...
- Help implement marketing channels for acquisition, managing campaign tracking
- Contribute with retention strategies for better engagement of customers, resulting in increasing lifetime value through cross selling
- Create graphic assets for Social, Paid Media, and Sales Enablement (using Figma or Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Create original content for Social, Paid Media, and eMails
What knowledge and skills are required?
- You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
- Teamwork and data-driven mindsets
- +2 years of hands-on experience on growth teams
- +2 years managing marketing campaigns
- +1 year involved with CRM campaigns
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written, in Spanish)
- A desire to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission-driven colleagues
