🌟 Cx Consultant 🌟We are seeking a talented and experienced CX (Customer Experience) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a CX Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' customer experience strategies and driving impactful change within their organizations.

What this role is about...

  • Collaborate with clients to assess current CX strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive CX improvement plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Implement CX initiatives across various touchpoints, including digital platforms, customer service operations, and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of CX strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to client teams on CX best practices and methodologies.


What knowledge and skills are required?

  • Proven experience as a CX Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful CX strategy development and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer
  • Motivation and proactivity to solve problems quickly and with the best practices, and a bias for action and drive to go beyond the status quo

Growth mindset, curiosity about productivity tools and process automation

Want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-energy, mission-driven people.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
