🌟 Operations Analyst role 🌟
We are looking for a structured person with attention to detail, if you are one of those people who are always double checking, this position is probably for you.
You will help identify tools to streamline the flow that exists in the correct authorization and integration of the credit file, keeping track of any damage that may arise. Communication and transparency will be key points, since you will be in constant contact with other teams and clients. You will document the feedback, requirements, background, experiences and ideas to take them into account in internal and external processes.

What this role is about...

  • Autonomously and proficiently execute credit approval and payment processes.
  • Use digital tools to confirm and validate the security measures of the documentation received to avoid fraud.
  • Identify pain points across the process and propose improvements opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Generate insights on operational processes with both an analytical and problem solving approach
  • Run processes with a strong customer centric mindset and provide ad-hoc support to customers when required.

What knowledge and skills are required?

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excel level advanced, SQL nice to have.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity about productivity tools and process automation.
  • Motivation and proactivity to solve problems quickly and with the best practices.
  • Want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-energy, mission-driven people.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
