Business Development Representative

As Outbound Sales Lead you will move fast with the team to help Mundi grow and achieve the team’s goals as well as your personal goals. You will work to lead our team into generating meaningful relationship with potential clients to qualify them in order to create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities from the financial services ou platform offers.

You will be expected to deliver insights and help in setting cold calling, enrichment, revops and sales strategy and building a scalable company and culture. The role is based in either Mexico or Argentina willing to work Mexican prospecting hours Don’t worry! We respect the people’s time, so we always offer as much flexibility as possible.

• Improve our call tactics
• Work with RevOps to create a pool of pre qualified companies for our Business Development Representatives to use
• Improve upon their pitch
• Enforce excellence to make our team excel at lead gen

✨ What knowledge and skills are required?

• 3/5 years experience managing SDRs/BDRsFinancial Services Knowledge, such as factoring and others
• A Data-driven mindset.
• A desire to work hard in a fast paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission driven colleagues
• A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond in Spanish and English.
• You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
• Extra bonus points if you’ve worked in FinTech startups.
• Extra bonus if you already have background using Hubspot and other prospecting tools
